"A-ha" moment: The difference between CS and CM
Thanks for commenting in this thread. The wealth of views and information from a variety of international professionals is incredible.
I’m starting to think that the only difference between CS and CM that we need to concern ourselves with in this course, is whether or not it ‘drives profitable customer action’.
If yes = CM, if no = CS.
There’s obviously a lot more to it than that, but that would be another course, or our own DIY continued learning experiences. In other words, outside the scope of this course.
Having said that, I am finding the course content so interesting because it blends knowledge from different disciplines - marketing, journalism, communication science, psychology, UX.
