  • Persona looks well researched and thought through.

  • Good choice on Hotel career since it typically requires a formal dress code.

  • Very thorough to have researched the persona in relevant blogs.

  • I like the idea of test marketing with pop-up shops. Good thinking.

  • You have In-n-out burger - you lucky thing. I used to love that on West Coast. Can’t get it on East Coast. One bite will make you a believer. As an aside, THIS is an example of a marketing-oriented firm. Amazing taste for fast food that has people traveling miles to line up for it. That’s how you do it. No promotion required - customers do it all for you. Beautiful!

  • Bonobos - interesting concept actually embracing showrooming. Huh.

  • 21st century Trev - I would explain the cultural significance of “Trev” (a la Joe Schmo?).

  • What’s your tactic for connecting the offline posters to the online campaign?

  • How will you encourage Trev visitors to sign up for the loyalty program?

  • Why would Jono buy from Trev as opposed to other fast fashion?

  • If you had to describe in one word what drives people to Trev, what would you say?

  • As another aside, some of your ideas remind me of the clever NAB Bank campaign. This is what I was getting at in the Steve Jobs thread. NAB’s marketing people/agencies found the big idea. It’s the exception not the rule of course, but when you do get one, wow, you can milk it for all it’s worth as they did.

  • Who will be at Cannes this year?

Very comprehensive study assessing the broader aspects of a go-to-market strategy. You have put a lot of thought and time into this study and that is a wonderful thing. Take pride in your own achievements and use that to motivate you. It is self-motivation that will make or break us going forward into this Brave New World.
