Self-organizing Teams

I’m a big believer in self-organizing teams. I believe that when we recognize value, we want to contribute to it for the good of the community at large. No one tells us to do this, we just recognize it as something useful for the many. I think “knowledge hubs” as advocated by HubSpot is an enlightened vision of how we will work going forward. Think Linux. Think Wikipedia. Great things are built by a “community of collaboration”. The King is dead. Long live the King — “value-driven, self-organizing teams”.
