It’s certainly a great way to check that people find the information useful. It’s not what you would call a comprehensive survey, but people generally don’t have time for that. They get the key feedback they need and are transparent enough to let people view the survey results. Wonder why there’s no “9”s - people are either completely happy or just below very happy.
