Here’s their 2013 ad, which I think has elements of the Apple approach, and we also become ‘smarter’ by gaining insights into the attention to detail that goes into our journey — the meticulous preparation of meals, the sophisticated engineering in seats, the hours of simulation training for pilots, the fine threads of uniforms — all designed to give us comfort, peace, and sweet dreams on our journey to life’s many destinations.
