Fiat is demonstrating that they understand the “Mothers’ lot”. Through that, they make a connection with the target audience who says “yes! that’s me…at last somebody gets it…somebody gets “me”.
That’s powerful.
If that philosophy of empathy and connection is applied to a Content Strategy…Bingo!
