That statement of yours is a gem right there Erika. You nailed it. In my mind, everything a firm does should be to increase stakeholder value. But then there are non-profits to consider I suppose…
I’ve got this feeling though that most of the work we do leading up to and including the case study is slanted to commercial gain and viewed through a marketing lens.
By the way, I just mocked up a quick infographic for an idea using Wordles—mainly for practice. It’s called ‘The Story of Content Strategy’. Perhaps you could take a look and let me know what you think. Oh boy, I sure could use some feedback.
